- Negotiations, naturally in consultation with you
- guidance at the notary's moment of review and signing the deed of sale
- Key transfer / Delivery at the notary

We can schedule an appointment for a free consultation on any given day and at any time during the week. This is also possible in the evening hours if you work during the day. You will then receive a free valuation and advice on the best sales strategy. On the basis of homes that have recently been sold in the neighborhood, we can arrive at a realistic expected sales proceeds. You also get more insight into the time schedule of the sales process.

You do not pay any start-up costs, you only pay once the property has been sold. The brokerage fee is different for each home and is discussed in the consultation.
